Over the past 12+ years, I have worked in different management and training roles for major fortune 500 companies with proven results in coaching and developing their frontline. I have taken this experience and my passion for helping others in different non-profit organizations to birth a company whose main goal is to support the forward progress in any individual or business, no matter their background or life goals.
